Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The candidate should have hands-on experience in running ROI-focused campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads
  • Optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, and ROI
  • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and budgets
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Work closely with the creative team for ad creatives and landing pages

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Performance Marketing
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics
  • Ability to analyze data and improve campaign performance
  • Good communication skills
