Role Overview:

  • We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in running paid campaigns and optimizing digital marketing results.

  • The candidate should be able to plan, execute, and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other ad platforms to drive leads, revenue, and ROI.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and run paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram & other platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS
  • Optimize ad creatives, audiences, keywords, and budgets
  • Create landing pages and improve conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads and targeting strategies
  • Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Stay updated with latest ad trends and algorithm updates

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ year experience in Performance / Paid Marketing
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
  • Experience with Lead Generation & Conversion Campaigns
  • Understanding of SEO, Retargeting & Funnel Marketing (preferred)
  • Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
