Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Performance Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of experience in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads management. The ideal candidate should be analytical, creative, and results-driven, with a deep understanding of ROI-focused campaigns.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams for ad creatives
  • Stay updated with the latest PPC trends and algorithm updates

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Pixel setup
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads (preferred)
