Stop paying for clicks that never become customers

Google, Meta and Bing campaigns managed by people who look at your cost per lead every week — not just your click count. Leads start coming in the first week.

Straight Talk

Four ways most Google Ads accounts waste money

When we audit an existing account, it’s almost always one of these. Often all four.

🎯 Broad match, no negatives

Google spends your budget on searches that were never going to buy. Negative keyword lists are the fastest saving in most accounts.

📉 No conversion tracking

If Google doesn't know which clicks became leads, it can't optimise. You're bidding blind and paying full price for it.

🏠 Traffic sent to the homepage

Someone searched for one specific service and landed on a page about everything. The click is paid for, the lead is lost.

😴 Set and forget

Campaigns launched six months ago and never touched. Search terms change, competitors bid up, your cost per lead quietly doubles.

Where We Run Ads

The right platform for how your customers buy

We recommend the channel that fits your product — not the one we prefer to run.

🔍

Google Search Ads

The highest-intent traffic there is. Someone actively searching for your service, right now. Best starting point for most businesses.

🛍️

Google Shopping

Product listings with image and price directly in search results. Essential for any eCommerce store selling physical goods.

Performance Max

Google's automated campaign across all its properties. Powerful when fed good creative and clean conversion data — wasteful when not.

▶️

YouTube Ads

Video campaigns for awareness and consideration, and for retargeting people who visited but didn't enquire.

📱

Meta Ads

Facebook and Instagram for demand generation, lead forms and retargeting. Lower cost per click, needs tighter lead qualification.

💼

LinkedIn Ads

B2B campaigns targeted by job title and company size. See our LinkedIn service →

🔁

Remarketing

Most visitors don't convert on the first visit. We follow them across Google, YouTube and Meta at a fraction of the original click cost.

🌐

Bing / Microsoft Ads

Smaller audience, often much cheaper clicks, and a useful second channel once Google is working well.

🖥️

Landing pages

We build fast, single-goal pages for each campaign. Better conversion rate means a lower cost per lead on the same spend.

Industries

Sectors we run ads for every month

Each one needs a different approach to keywords, budget pacing and lead qualification.

🏥

Healthcare & clinics

Appointment-focused campaigns with call tracking, area targeting and strict compliance on ad claims.

🏘️

Real estate

Project and locality-level campaigns with lead qualification built in, so your sales team isn't chasing browsers.

🎓

Education & training

Admission-cycle campaigns built around intake deadlines, course searches and counselling enquiries.

🛒

Retail & eCommerce

Shopping feed setup, ROAS-based bidding and cart abandonment retargeting.

🍽️

Food & beverage

Location-radius campaigns for footfall, and delivery-order campaigns for online sales.

🏭

B2B & manufacturing

Long sales cycles handled with search plus remarketing, measured on qualified enquiries, not raw leads.

How It Works

Live in a week, optimised from day one

PPC is the fastest channel there is — but only if the setup is right before the spend starts.

STEP 01

Audit & plan

We review your existing account or build a fresh keyword and budget plan with a realistic cost-per-lead estimate.

STEP 02

Build & track

Campaign structure, ad copy, extensions, negative lists and conversion tracking — all set up before we spend a rupee.

STEP 03

Launch & cut waste

Ads go live, then we review search terms weekly and cut the queries burning budget without producing leads.

STEP 04

Scale & report

Budget shifted to what converts, new campaigns added, and a monthly report tying spend to actual enquiries.

Measurable Results

The numbers in your monthly report

Clicks and impressions are inputs. Cost per lead is the number that decides whether this is working.

Metric What It Tells You What We Do About It
Cost per click What you pay for each visitor Improve Quality Score and ad relevance to bring it down
Click-through rate Whether your ad beats the competition in the auction Test new headlines and extensions
Conversion rate How well the landing page turns clicks into enquiries Fix the page before increasing the budget
Cost per lead The real efficiency of your ad spend The metric everything else is optimised toward
Search terms report The actual queries your money was spent on Reviewed weekly, wasteful terms blocked
Impression share How much of the available demand you're capturing Tells us whether to raise budget or bids
ROAS / revenue Return on ad spend for eCommerce accounts Bidding strategy adjusted to protect margin

Why Beta

Your budget, your account, your data

You should be able to check any number we report, any day.

🔓

You own the ad account

Campaigns run in your own Google Ads account with your billing. All history and learning stays with you.

💸

Transparent spend

Ad budget goes to Google directly. Our management fee is separate and fixed — we never mark up your media spend.

📞

We track calls, not just forms

Most Indian buyers call instead of filling a form. If calls aren't tracked, your reporting is missing most of your leads.

🖥️

Landing pages included

We're a web design team too. Campaign landing pages get built in-house instead of waiting on your developer.

🔗

Paid plus organic

We use search term data from your ads to guide SEO — so the keywords you're paying for today become free traffic later.

📄

No lock-in contract

Month to month. If the numbers don't work, you leave and take your account with you.

FAQs

Common questions, answered

How much should I spend on Google Ads?

It depends on your industry’s cost per click and how many leads you need. The honest way to work it out: estimate your cost per click, assume a conversion rate around 5%, and calculate what one lead will cost. Multiply by the leads you want per month. We do this calculation with you in the audit, before you commit anything.

Usually within the first week of launch — that’s the main advantage of paid over SEO. The first 3–4 weeks are about gathering data; cost per lead typically drops noticeably from month two once the wasteful search terms are cut.

No. Your ad budget is paid directly to Google or Meta from your own account. Our management fee is a separate, fixed monthly amount — so we have no incentive to push you to spend more than you should.

In almost every failed account we audit, the cause is one of four things: no conversion tracking, no negative keywords, traffic sent to the homepage, or nobody touching the account after launch. Send us access and we’ll show you exactly which one applied to yours.

For most campaigns, yes. Sending paid traffic to your homepage means the visitor has to hunt for what they searched for, and many won’t. A focused landing page usually improves conversion rate enough to pay for itself.

Ads give you leads this week but stop when the spend stops. SEO takes months but keeps working after. If your budget allows only one, start with ads to prove which keywords actually convert — then invest in SEO for exactly those terms.
