About Beta Digital Marketing
Beta Digital Marketing is a results-driven, AI-first digital marketing agency based in Wilson Garden, Bengaluru.
We provide SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Business Profile management, web design and social media management. We manage 200+ Google Business Profiles and serve clients in healthcare, education, fitness, interiors, real estate and D2C brands.
Role Overview
You will create and edit short-form videos that help our clients improve reach, engagement, leads and sales. You will collaborate with our social media and advertising teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and 15–60 second ad videos.
- Add captions, subtitles, text animations, music, transitions and sound effects.
- Perform basic colour correction and audio cleanup.
- Create thumbnails and simple motion graphics.
- Resize content for 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9 formats.
- Follow client brand colours, fonts and visual styles.
- Create trending-style Reels using relevant formats and audio.
- Produce 2–3 ad variations for A/B testing.
- Implement team and client feedback.
- Deliver projects on time and organise editing files.
- Track views, watch time and engagement to improve future videos.
Must-Have Skills
- Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or CapCut.
- Good understanding of cuts, timing, music and storytelling.
- Awareness of Reels and Shorts trends.
- Attention to detail and deadline management.
- Basic English communication.
- Own laptop or PC suitable for editing if working from home.
Good to Have
- Adobe After Effects or basic motion graphics.
- Canva or Photoshop.
- AI video tools such as CapCut AI or HeyGen.
- Basic mobile video shooting skills.
- Kannada, Tamil or Hindi knowledge.
