Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The candidate should have hands-on experience in running ROI-focused campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads
Optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, and ROI
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
Monitor daily campaign performance and budgets
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
Work closely with the creative team for ad creatives and landing pages

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in Performance Marketing
Strong knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads
Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics
Ability to analyze data and improve campaign performance
Good communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
Handle on-page and off-page SEO activities
Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, URLs, and internal linking
Work on technical SEO basics and website audits
Build high-quality backlinks and manage link-building activities
Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and SEO performance
Prepare SEO reports and track growth
Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and current SEO practices

We’re Looking For

✅ 1–2 years of hands-on SEO experience
✅ Good understanding of on-page, off-page & technical SEO
✅ Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs/Semrush or similar tools
✅ Strong analytical and communication skills
✅ Ability to work independently in a remote environment
